I was training the new guy, and this is what I told him:ATA chapters (sometimes called 'ATA 100 System Codes') are a way of categorizing the various systems that are on a plane, originally created by the Air Transport Association in 1956. Look at any Component Maintenance Manual (CMM) for any civilian aircraft. At the bottom of every single page is the ATA chapter for that manual.ATA chapters are configured like this: 12-34-56. This most important numbers are the first two. So in my example here, you would say, 'That's chapter twelve.'
Description of ATA's Vehicle Maintenance Reporting Standards (VMRS). And equipment users with updated codes on an “as needed” basis reflective of. When the service light appears on your dashboard, it will appear with service codes and sub-codes that indicate certain recommended maintenance that can affect the performance of your vehicle, as well as preventative steps necessary to check certain parts to determine their quality during the inspection.
To complement our approvals, we also have CVE ( Certification Verification Engineers) to cover all ATA chapters which means we can offer aircraft and helicopter engineering design in all areas.
